Varsity & Travel baseball Player westbrook (Class of 2021)

My name is Maxim Dobkowski and my goal is to play baseball at the collegiate level. I attend Westbrook High School in Westbrook, ME, where I’m currently a Junior (Class of 2021). I’m a 5’10″, 165-lb. infielder with most experience at 3B/SS. I also play football and basketball.
I have been playing baseball for a long time and have a lot of great experience under my belt. Most recently I was able to be the starting third baseman for Westbrook High School as a freshman under coach Souza and then at shortstop my sophomore year. I started out playing in the little minor leagues and little league where I was a 4-year All-Star player for Westbrook. During my 11-year old season I had the fortunate opportunity to play at the Cooperstown Dreams Park tournament. This was a great time and lots of fun with friends I still keep today, but it was also the harsh reality that there are many good players out there. It helped me to work hard to play at a higher level. I was also able to get on a AAU club team in the Elite Baseball League in New England and got even more experience playing against people from all over the northeast. My team is the Southern Maine River Rats training out of the OA facility in Saco ME. I am going on my 5th year on the club and we have played in 3 Division 1A championship games, winning 1 title last year and getting runner up for 2 years prior.
Additionally, as a multi-sport athlete, I’ve also played football for many years including Westbrook Youth Football, Westbrook Middle School football and 2 years of High School varsity football as a starting CB. I am also a basketball player and spent time training with OA Parisi Speed & Strength School.
I also enjoy a wide variety of outdoor activities such as fishing, hiking, hunting and snowmobiling.
